Jenney Floyd, RN

Jenney Floyd is a registered nurse with over 10 years experience in the ICU and ER. She completed her nurse residency program at Parkland Hospital in Dallas and spent 4 years in SICU before transitioning to ER in San Antonio. Focusing on positive changes in her own career led to the creation of Next Level Nursing. Jenney is also the Director of the San Antonio Division for The Blessing Project, a non-profit company with a focus on serving the homeless.

Jennifer Curtet

Jennifer Curtet shows up with high energy, a razor-sharp wit, and cutting-edge information! With over 20 years of experience as a Professional Speaker and Trainer, her strength and conviction on the platform have earned her standing ovations and rave reviews, around the world. She started out in the banking and finance world working for a Fortune 30 company and spent ten years as a leader, in a training role, where she honed her craft in leadership and employee development. Jennifer has since written four books and is a Certified Executive Coach who helps people increase their potential so that they can achieve higher levels of success. She has trained and coached 4-Star Generals, the highest-level executives at Coca-Cola, and even an Emmy nominated actress—the demand for her knowledge and perspective is very broad.

Mary L. Winsor

Mary L. Winsor teaches literature and creative writing at George Mason University where she is a third-year student in the MFA – Creative Writing program. Winsor grew up in the American Southwest, the setting for her short story and novel in progress. Winsor’s work has been published in Ploughshares, Carve Magazine and, most recently, La Presa.

Jennifer Meyer Schrage, JD

Jennifer Meyer Schrage is as an attorney, educator, author and advocate helping leaders manage conflict and develop more strategic organizations committed to inclusive excellence. With over a decade of experience as a senior leader at the University of Michigan implementing culture change within a shifting legal landscape and unprecedented public engagement, Jennifer knows how to build trust, promote justice and teach peace to create safe and just relationships and communities. Jennifer co-authored a book on campus conflict that remains a game-changer for the profession and her work has been featured in the Chronicle of Higher Education and other national publications.

Jennifer is currently the Senior Advisor to the Vice President at U-M and previously taught negotiation and mediation at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Prior to her work in higher education, Jennifer was an attorney at the national headquarters of the United Auto Workers Legal Services Plan. Jennifer earned her law degree at the University of Arizona and graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Journalism and Political Science at Northern Arizona University. When she’s not engaging in very robust dialogues and working to transform difficult conflict into positive progress, Jennifer likes to hike the mountains of Montana, California and New Zealand and once shared a trail with a brown bear in Alaska.

Rachel Borup, PhD

Rachel Borup holds a Ph.D. in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara and teaches medical humanities for health profession majors at the University of Utah.  She facilitates a literature and medicine discussion group at the University of Utah Hospital and is working on a novel.  She lives in Salt Lake City with her husband, daughter and the word’s cutest Goldendoodle.
